Over several years, working in partnership with the UK's fastest growing used car dealership, we have developed many online tools and apps. These custom tools are using iPads/Android tablets/desktops/onsite touch screens & wallboards and are deployed across the whole business and product lifecycle (from buyer assist at auction to retail to online CRM and contact centre, to customer experience and deal making, to customer support) - these tools knit together to deliver a feature-rich, easy to use, secure online Dealer Management System.

Health & Safety Risk Management

Working with a major multinational engineering firm (80k+ employees) that provides design, consulting, construction, and management services to a wide range of clients worldwide, we have developed online tools for capturing and managing health and safety risks across projects across the world.

This business app can be used by all employees and selected contractors to photograph, geotag and capture potential risks and to detail mitigation actions within project groups and contractors. Using smart, real time dashboards, all risks can then be effectively managed and dealt with and key performance indicators can be achieved.

Telecoms Business Process Improvement

We have recently been working with a major UK Business Telecoms provider to develop online tools, software and apps to help with business processes including customer identification, management of client contact and appointments, rapid price quotation building based on required office phone hardware and services required, arrangement of installation and post installation support.

The processes already operate well within this business and our role is to help bring all data together online and to streamline and add features using web based, secure databases and tools.

We have many more examples - online shops/customer portals with 10K+ items, school library and asset management, reporting/sharing tools for estate agents, online finance and mortgage calculators, online bespoke photo library with 30k+ images.
